(because I forget what I do)

today approx 0730: started three pieces of salmon to be cured:
1. Smallest - pink Himalayan salt
2. Medium - Grey Sea Salt
3. Largest - Eden sea salt w/ leftover Pink Himalayn Salt.

Plan for taste evaluation: Saturday...
